Building Bonds as Fathers

In 2024, Lifebuoy Video produced a series of short interviews with parents who had participated in the Baby Makes 3 (BM3) program. BM3 is an evidence-based health promotion and social change initiative that supports first-time parents in fostering equal, healthy relationships and promoting collaborative co-parenting of infants and young children. In one of the videos, we spoke with two insightful and intuitive fathers about their experiences as first-time parents and the positive impacts the Baby Makes 3 program had on their journey.
