Hospital Care at Home is hospital-level care which, for more than 25 years, has been helping people recover better in their own surroundings. We worked with the West Metro Health Service Partnership, (which oversee’s the major hospitals in Melbourne), for 6 months on the production of 3 video’s which were translated into English, Macedonian, Turkish, Greek, Arabic, Chinese, (Mandarin), Vietnamese and Italian languages.
