Tweddle’s, PASDS program or Parenting Assessment and Skills Development Service is a program designed to carry out an assessment of parenting capacity and competency. It assesses whether new skills can be developed to nurture and meet a child’s intellectual, emotional and physical needs. Many parents whom attend the PASDS program are apprehensive, nervous and fearful in the lead up to an assessment. In this program we see a documentary of a fictional character attending the PASDS program at Tweddle.
