Electricity is in the air

This week, researchers from Monash University revealed a potentially transformative discovery to the Australian and International media. They have discovered that an enzyme produced by a common bacterium found in soil naturally converts hydrogen in the air into electricity. As part of the launch, Lifebuoy Video were asked to work with the research team to produce a short movie that demonstrated the process under 20 seconds using stylised animation. There is still a lot of research and testing to come but it’s very exciting to know that our creative team played a small part in informing the world that one day our electricity may be sourced from the air.
