Hospital Care at Home provides hospital-level care to patients in the comfort of their own homes – a model that has supported better recovery outcomes for over 25 years.
We worked with the West Metro Health Service Partnership, (which oversee’s the major hospitals in Melbourne), for 6 months on the production of 3 video’s which were translated into English, Macedonian, Turkish, Greek, Arabic, Chinese, (Mandarin), Vietnamese and Italian languages. This is one example, translated into Turkish.
